Standard terms for international orders. Final terms are confirmed per project in the formal quotation and PI.
Payment Terms
- •T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (standard)
- •L/C at sight acceptable for orders over USD 30,000
- •Component-only orders: 100% T/T in advance
- •CNY, USD and EUR accepted
Trade Terms & Shipping
- •FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF, CFR and DDP available
- •Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and DHL/FedEx for spares
- •Full export documentation: BL, CO, packing list, invoice
- •Experienced with Middle East, Africa, SE Asia and S. America customs
Lead Time
- •Standard control panels: 2–3 weeks after deposit
- •Complex custom systems: 4–6 weeks
- •Siemens/ABB components in stock: 5–10 working days
- •Quotation response within 24 hours
Warranty
- •12 months from shipment / 18 months from commissioning (whichever comes first)
- •Manufacturer warranty on Siemens, ABB and Schneider components
- •Free replacement of defective parts; remote troubleshooting included
